Waipahu Street reopened after accident downs utility pole
Waipahu Street reopened between Waipahu Depot Road to Waikele Road as crews replaced a downed utility pole Thursday morning.
The pole was knocked down following a crash on Waipahu Street at about 2:30 a.m. The road reopened by about 8:30 a.m.
A Hawaiian Electric Co. spokesman said no homes lost power after the incident.
There were no immediate reports of serious injuries.
