Two right lanes of the H-1 freeway after the Kunia offramp were blocked in the Ewa-direction after a rubbish truck caught fire Friday morning.
The city Department of Transportation Services issued an alert to motorists at about 10:53 a.m. following the incident.
Traffic cameras showed cars backed up in both directions around the Kunia exit. The traffic appeared to start clearing about an hour after the incident as crews removed the truck.
