Moped rider, 74, seriously hurt in collision with car in Wahiawa

A 74-year-old man was seriously injured Sunday evening when the moped he was operating collided with a car in Wahiawa.
The incident occurred on Kamehameha Highway near Dole Plantation shortly after 6 p.m.
The man was transported in serious condition to a local trauma center.
