June 27 — Aloha State Archery Association, Safari (Paper) Animal Archery Tournament. At Central Oahu Regional Park’s archery range. Registration at 7 to 8:30 a.m. Competition starts at 9 a.m. Format: 14 paper animal targets; 2 rounds, 2 arrows. Divisions: 18-older 15-17, 12-14, 8-11, 7-younger. Fee: $30, $15 ages 14-younger. Coaching Vacancies

Roosevelt High School is seeking a head varsity baseball coach. Must have previous coaching experience; high school head coaching experience is preferred. Must also have FHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate and NFHS Concussion Certificate. Required to fulfill administrative duties such as staffing, monitoring of grade checks and the ability to conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner. Deadline to apply is July 10.
