Police bust bat-wielding men in Kapolei park row
Three Kapolei men were arrested Tuesday night following a large disturbance at a private park where police said several men arrived carrying baseball bats.
The police responded at 8 p.m. to reports of an argument at a field near a private recreation center on Kamaaha Street in Kapolei. Arriving officers were told that several men came to the park with baseball bats and one parked car was damaged.
Police arrested two 21-year-old men on suspicion of second-degree assault and second-degree criminal property damage. The third man, 36, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree property damage.
