Emergency tool will inform city rescuers of callers’ vital data

The Honolulu Police Department announced Wednesday the local launch of a service that allows citizens to provide information to 911 dispatchers prior to an emergency. Acting Maj. Allan Nagata pointed out Wednesday what a 911 dispatcher can see if the caller is in the system.
