A 22-year-old Ewa Beach man is in police custody accused of sending a death threat to another man using his cellphone.
The victim told police that on Aug. 4, the suspect sent him threatening texts and even a photo of the suspect holding a pistol, allegedly threatening to shoot him.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening Wednesday at the Kapolei police station.
