A 26-year-old work furlough inmate failed to return to the Women’s Community Correctional Center after work today.

Crystal Paulinao was scheduled to return to WCCC at 2:30 p.m. today.

Sheriffs and police have been notified.

The Department of Public Safety says she was serving time for forgery and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. She is accused of second-degree escape for her failure to return.

Her next parole hearing was scheduled for December 2015.

Paulino is a community custody inmate, the lowest custody level.

She is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

If anyone sees Paulino, they are asked to call 911.
