Hawaiian Electric Co. cut power to approximately 3,200 customers in Manoa between 11:30 p.m. Monday night and 1:30 a.m. this morning to allow for emergency repairs to electrical equipment at the Woodlawn Substation on East Manoa Road.
The scheduled outage affected customers in the area between Lowrey Avenue and the back of Manoa Valley, as well as customers in the vicinity of Waioli Tea Room and Manoa Hillside Estates.
