>> The City Council Zoning Committee gave tentative approval for a Kapiolani area affordable-housing project Monday. A Page B1 story Tuesday said it happened Oct. 14.

>> A City Council Budget Committee public hearing on rail-related issues at Kapolei Hale is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Nov. 5. A Page A6 story Tuesday said the meeting would be Nov. 3.

>> Hawaiian Airlines set a third-quarter record for adjusted net income. A Page B5 headline on Tuesday said the company set a new mark for revenue.

>> The median price of a fee-simple, two-bedroom condominium in Kaneohe was $400,000 last year; its median price so far this year is $426,000. The Neighborhood Watch chart on Page D1 Sunday said the prices were for a fee-simple, single-family home in Kaneohe.

>> Gov. David Ige plans to address the homeless problem in Waianae, Waimanalo and Waipahu using the same “data-driven process” that city and state officials used in Kakaako. A Page A1 story Saturday reported the plan included Wahiawa, instead of Waipahu.
