Two sharks have been spotted in the waters near Waikiki Sunday, lifeguards confirmed.

Around 9:50 a.m., beachgoers reported seeing an 8 to 10-foot non-aggressive shark near Duke’s Waikiki about 200 yards offshore. Lifeguards confirmed the sighting and posted shark warning signs in the area.

A second shark was spotted around 11:50 a.m. near the Old Mans surf spot by Kaimana Beach. Officials said it was a 6-foot non-aggressive shark. Lifeguards posted shark warning signs and are patrolling the area.

Lifeguards will reassess the area later today.
