Man arrested arrested for damaging Waikiki hotel property
A 25-year-old man was arrested Friday after he caused $1,500 in damage to a hotel lobby in Waikiki, police said.
The man, of no local address, was arrested at the Grand Waikikian by Hilton, at 1811 Ala Moana Blvd., about 11:30 p.m.
Police said the man damaged several items in the lobby area about 10:45 p.m. and was stopped by hotel security and identified by a witness.
He was arrested for investigation of second-degree criminal property damage.
