Lanes reopened on H-1 eastbound after crane hits Gulick overpass
The two left eastbound lanes on the H-1 freeway have been reopened after a truck with a crane hit the Gulick Avenue overpass this morning.
The Department of Transportation reported that the accident occurred at 8:15 a.m.
The lanes were reopened around 10:46 a.m.
A similar accident closed traffic in the same area last week. On Nov. 16, a crane hit the Gulick Avenue overpass. Two lanes of the freeway were closed for about four hours to evaluate damage and clean debris on the roadway.
