Another 16 year old involved in criminal activity in paradise? Strange that it should occur in a land of extravagance and grand destination for the well-to-do? Has the cost-of-living creating this tragedy? Who are these teenagers that appear on the police blotter? Has any sociological study indicate any trend?
Teens should be staring at their smartphones all day long instead of antagonizing the public.
