Man trying to climb N.Y.’s 4 Seasons Hotel plunges to death
NEW YORK » Police say a New Jersey man who was trying to descend the facade of New York’s Four Seasons Hotel after snapping photos of the city skyline has plunged to his death.
The New York Police Department says 24-year-old Conner Cummings, of Rockaway, fell while climbing scaffolding at the 52-story hotel at about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say Cummings and another man had gotten access to a roof at the hotel and were trying to shoot photos of the skyline.
They say Cummings fell as he tried to climb back into an interior shaft of the building.
Police say he landed on a catwalk several levels below and died at the scene.
Cummings and the other man weren’t hotel guests.

Gee wiz. If spiderman can climb walls, so should I? NOT! Don’t try this at home, kids.
Another idiot. All for photos. Wasn’t worth it was it?
Same with the tourist in Hawaii. Travel thousands of miles to here just to take a picture in front of a car.
As a thrill seeker, I hope he enjoyed that last rush…..before the sudden stop.
Darwin Award Candidate.
More like Newton’s law of gravity? He must have gotten a excellent grade in that college class, and just wanted to test it out again.

In America, we litigate even we are in the wrong. Luck might be on your side with a coddling jury.
Oh, I’m certain his family members will sue the hotel, saying the hotel didn’t stop the man from doing something stupid, and therefore the hotel is at fault. And the courts and juries will award them millions of dollars. America just looooves law suits.
