Hawaii pedestrian death rate among seniors leads the nation

    The app, which can be downloaded to Android, iOS and Windows devices, allows people to photograph a trouble spot, which is then geotagged for repair.

Nineteen pedestrians died in Oahu vehicle accidents in 2015. They were fitness enthusiasts, seniors, homeless residents, military veterans, parents, spouses, friends and loved ones. Read more
