Mililani man charged in knifepoint robbery
Prosecutors today charged an 18-year-old Mililani man in the Jan. 11 knifepoint robbery of a 27-year-old man at a Mililani park.
Police said the 27-year-old was walking through a Mililani park when a man pointed a knife at him and demanded his property.
The victim surrendered his property to the younger man, who fled, police said.
Police found the suspect on Wednesday, and arrested Michael-Malik Napeahi.
Napeahi was charged Thursday wth first-degree robbery.
His bail was set at $15,000.
