Kauai police have identified the 23-year-old driver who died in a two-car crash on Kauai over the weekend as Devin Fitzpatrick of Kilauea.
The crash occurred in Princeville at approximately 6 p.m. Saturday. Police said Fitzpatrick was driving southbound on Kuhio Highway in a Nissan sedan when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck an oncoming Toyota sedan.
Fitzpatrick was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the Toyota driver, a 62-year-old Hanalei woman, was transported to Wilcox Hospital in stable condition.
