Singer/songwriter/environmentalist Jack Johnson, second from left, congratulated Honolulu Theatre for Youth company actor Junior Tesoro, left, artistic director Eric Johnson (no relation) and actor Moses Goods after HTY’s spring production of “H2O, the Story of Water and Hawaii,” which opened to a capacity crowd April 8 at Tenney Theatre. Each show honors a “water hero” who is working to keep Hawaii’s water pure and its beaches clean. Jack Johnson was the honoree on opening night. “H2O” runs Saturdays through May 7.
