Like the many after-quakes in Japan numbering in excess of a thousand, Ecuador will experience more quakes. Both countries are being subjected extraordinary economic and health issues. In Japan individuals living in their autos are experiencing a high rate blood circulation problems. In Ecuador the problem iis the lack of funding to provide services to the displaced.
