Sometimes my husband and I drive out to Kapolei just to get our breakfast fix at My Cafe. The French toast is loaded with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana, and topped with coconut flakes, taro-haupia sauce and whipped cream. I’ll be back for more.
The kalua pig hash is served with two eggs and choice of potatoes, toast or rice. The best part is that breakfast is served all day!
