Police seek Kahi Mohala escapee

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating Francisco Villar who escaped from Kahi Mohala this morning.
The Kahi Mohala patient was last seen in Waipahu and was reported missing at 7:59 a.m.
Police said he is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has long black curly hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a black shirt and blue shorts. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
