Poke Me Ke Aloha — a plate of six types of vegetable poke, guacamole and quinoa — made Kaira Grace Pan a winner in first lady Michelle Obama’s Healthy Lunchtime Challenge. Kaira’s grandmother, Jan Yap, helped her develop her dish. The two will go to the White House on July 14 to have lunch with the first lady and the other 55 winners of the national recipe competition.
