Man found unresponsive at Kailua Beach identified
The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office said today that a 74-year-old man who was found in the water off Kailua on the Fourth of July had drowned.
The office identified the man as William Henderson, of Kailua, and added that another significant condition was hypertensive cardiovascular disease.
Police said Henderson was found and brought back to the beach about 2:30 p.m. Monday. He could not be resuscitated.
