The Korean film “Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River” will be shown Friday at Consolidated’s Pearlridge 16. The latest release from CJ Entertainment is based on an ancient novel of satire and humor about Kim Seon Dal. Seondal (Yoo Seung-Ho) is a genius swindler, possessing an alluring appearance and boldness. He and his team — Bo-Won (Ko Chang-Seok), female Buddhist Yoon (Ra Mi-Ran) and Gyeon (Xiumin) — hatch a plan to steal the most expensive traded product, tobacco, by deceiving the most powerful man, Sung Dae-Ryeon (Cho Jae-Hyun).

Today, 6:30 p.m.: After seeing the video shot by Kuk-ja, Man-hoo realizes Min-ho’s blueprint is authentic if Ji-sang is alive. Shi-ro comes across the missing-person flier for Owel at the warehouse.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Man-hoo seeks out Dukyeh to inquire about Ji-sang’s whereabouts. He pressures her to bring Min-ho’s blueprint. Hong-do pledges to stop Sae-hoon from marrying Hyesang. Upon hearing that while driving, Hyesang says she’d rather kill herself and Hongdo.

Monday, 7:45 p.m.: The advancement of Yi In-jwa’s rebels faces obstacles set by Dae-gil. Yi In-jwa’s forces suffer fatigue and refuse to advance, despite Yi’s orders. Yi In-jwa resorts to ransacking villages for food. Dae-gil successfully halts the rebels’ advancement and returns to Anseong. Yi In-jwa’s men arrive at Anseong as Dae-gil pleads with the king to spare people from suffering.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: King Youngjo has a clandestine meeting with Yi In-jwa. King Youngjo urges Yi In-jwa to give up the names of those who partook in the coup. Yi In-jwa refuses and is executed. The people call on Dae-gil to ascend to the throne.

Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: A top actress, Jeong Hae-in, announces her plans to retire. Her son, Hyun-woo, is kidnapped that same day. To get her son back, she must successfully accomplish missions on a twisted reality show, given by the kidnapper.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: The gut-wrenching first mission begins. Police get involved after seeing the show. Dong-wook and the production crew prepare to undertake the reality show to successfully carry out the missions.

Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Jun-soo ends up sleeping over at Dan-tae’s place after drinking. At Dan-tae’s he discovers a shocking memo. Gong Shim, unable to hide her feelings for Dan-tae, decides to aggressively pursue him. At Gong-chul’s request, she and Dan-tae leave to paint a mural.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Jun-soo becomes suspicious of Dan-tae’s identity. Psychological warfare begins between Dan-tae and Jun-soo. While visiting Chairman Nam’s house, Dan-tae begins to remember his childhood.
