Ewa Beach’s Kailin Curran weighed in at 116 pounds for her strawweight bout against Felice Herrig at UFC Fight Night: Chicago tonight at the United Center.
Curran (4-2, 1-2 UFC) will fight in the opening bout of the main card broadcast live on KHON2 at 2 p.m. Hawaii time.
Curran, 25, who trains in California, is coming off her first UFC win following two losses. She submitted Emily Kagan in the second round of a fight last December.
Herrig (10-6, 1-1) hasn’t fought since a unanimous decision loss to Paige VanZant in April of 2015.
VanZant is a common opponent of both fighters, defeating Curran by third-round TKO in November 2014.
Curran also lost in the UFC to Alex Chambers by submission in the third round of a fight held six months later.
