Michalla Geer on Tuesday assembled a model she created of the Fred. Olsen Energy Lifesaver wave-energy device at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) test site offshore of Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe. The yellow ring that Greer is holding is the model of the wave-energy device, and the chains below are attached to anchors.
