The Nook Neighborhood Bistro, in its effort to go green, features low-energy Einstein lighting, energy-efficient fans, compostable napkins, takeout boxes and cups, metal reusable straws and take out cutlery made from corn, at its Moiliili restaurant location. A sticker on the front window declares the restaurant to be Ocean Friendly by the Surfrider Foundation.
