This area is more commonly referred to as Nuuanu (or lower Nuuanu), not Kalihi. While many commonly referenced areas on the island overlap somewhat and different people may reasonably disagree over their designation, this particular location is unambiguously not in Kalihi.

If I’m not mistaken, Kalihi is an Ahapua’a that runs from the mountain to the ocean.
