Man, 35, and boy, 14, arrested in Kailua robbery
Police arrested a 35-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy as suspects in a robbery of a visitor in Kailua Thursday.
The visitor, 32, said he was sleeping in his rental car at about 5:15 a.m. when he noticed that his backpack was missing. He told police he then found the two suspects nearby, going through his backpack.

Visitor sleeping in his rental car! All kinds of red flags going up here!
I am appalled by this story of tourists sleeping in their rental cars near the district part in Kailua.
father and son?
that’s my thoughts. But either way the teen got a good tutor working the streets.
Looks like we are seeing this as a case of homeless robbing the homeless. No morrow to this story other than it is not safe anywhere during the “witching hours”.
