Man critically hurt in Ewa dirt bike accident

A 29-year-old male suffered critical injuries Thursday after he was apparently thrown from his dirt bike and landed on his head.

The man was transported to a trauma center with apparent head injuries, according to an Emergency Medical Services report. He was not wearing a helmet. The incident occurred around 5:42 p.m. on Puamaeole Street in Ewa Gentry.
