A “not-so-good” flu season is underway on the mainland, which will likely set off a big bump in respiratory ailments in the islands in coming weeks, according to Dr. Sarah Park, state epidemiologist and chief of the Disease Outbreak Control Division for the state Health Department.
Here’s what the doctor orders: If you’re healthy, get your annual vaccination. It’s equally important to use good soap-and-water hygiene. And if you’re sick, don’t bring your germ-sharing condition to the workplace, school or even to the grocery store. Stay home.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s effort to buy small parcels of land embedded in his 700-acre estate through the state’s “quiet title” statute is a complex process — but not for the internet. There, it’s clickbait gold:
