The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation has a new chief financial officer.
Robert Yu, a former senior vice president and deputy general manager for Oahu Transit Services, the company that operates TheBus and Handi-Van), has replaced HART’s former CFO, Diane Arakaki, who left the agency on Dec. 15.
HART has also hired a new director of planning, permitting and right-of-way, Abbey Mayer, to replace Jesse Souki, who left that job in November to become the Hawaii Community Development Association’s new executive director.
The agency also hired a new deputy director of planning, Robert Agres Jr., to replace Jon Nouchi, who left that job to become deputy director for the city’s Department of Transportation Services.
