What’s to come: The new restaurant can be seen in this rendering, on the highest point of the property. The teaching kitchens in the building on the left were the first to be completed. Also to come are more classrooms and an auditorium.

What’s there now: Stairs. They lead to a bare lawn now, but will eventually continue to the restaurant. The stairs, parking lot and other infrastructure were put in as part of Phase 1.

To begin: Phase 1 of the project comprises bright and shiny teaching labs for classes in American/European and Asian cuisines. Classes start in the fall.
