A 27-year-old motorcyclist was critically injured after a crash tonight on Liliha Street. Police said the Honolulu man was heading north on Liliha when he lost control of the vehicle while trying to make a turn onto the H-1 freeway on-ramp. Police said he was ejected and landed on the eastbound lanes of the H-1.

Emergency Medical Services said the man was taken by ambulance to a hospital in critical condition. Police said he was later upgraded to serious condition at The Queen’s Medical Center.
