A day after being rained out, the University of Hawaii baseball team suffered two blowout losses to UC Davis tonight in a Big West doubleheader.

The Aggies won 11-4 and 9-3 before 3,157 at Les Murakami Stadium.

The Aggies pounded 15 hits and reached base in every inning to win the opener, which was rescheduled following Friday’s rainout.

In the second game, the Aggies scored five runs in the sixth — four of them earned — to break a 1-all tie. UH starter Dominic DeMiero, who walked six in his previous nine outings, relinquished three walks in the sixth.

The teams meet at 1:05 p.m. Sunday in the finale of this three-game series.
