Emergency Medical Services transported a 38-year-old woman to the hospital after she was struck by a vehicle on Nimitz Highway.
The collision occurred near the intersection of Sand Island Access Road sometime before 8:30 p.m. Thursday, according to EMS spokeswoman Shayne Enright. The woman was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
