Johnny Weeks scored a run for UH in front of Cal State Fullerton pitcher Connor Seabold.

Cal State Fullerton pitcher Connor Seabold threw a two-hitter over eight innings in a 3-1 baseball victory over Hawaii tonight at Les Murakami Stadium.

Seabold (7-4), a right-handed junior, did not allow a hit in the first five innings for the 14th-ranked Titans. He walked three and struck out seven.

Brett Conine got the final three outs for his 10th save.

Center fielder Scott Hurst went 4-for-4, scored the Titans’ first two runs, and drove home the third.

UH starter Brendan Hornung, who allowed six hits and three walks, dropped to 5-4.

The teams meet at 6:35 Saturday in the middle game of this three-game Big West series.
