UH baseball falls to Fullerton

Cal State Fullerton pitcher Connor Seabold threw a two-hitter over eight innings in a 3-1 baseball victory over Hawaii tonight at Les Murakami Stadium.
Seabold (7-4), a right-handed junior, did not allow a hit in the first five innings for the 14th-ranked Titans. He walked three and struck out seven.
Brett Conine got the final three outs for his 10th save.
Center fielder Scott Hurst went 4-for-4, scored the Titans’ first two runs, and drove home the third.
UH starter Brendan Hornung, who allowed six hits and three walks, dropped to 5-4.
The teams meet at 6:35 Saturday in the middle game of this three-game Big West series.
