KCC moves into Waikiki


    Kauai shrimp with a spicy black pepper sauce is on the menu at Le‘ahi Concept Kitchen.


    Winemaker dinner: An appetizer of pan-seared scallops with squid ink pasta kicks off a dinner showcasing the wines of Scherrer Winery, 6 p.m. June 7 at d.k Steak House in Waikiki. The five-course dinner also features Scherrer pinot noirs and a zinfandel, building to chef Albert Balbas’ entree of red wine-braised short ribs. Cost is $89. Call 931-6280.
