Police are looking for a male suspect after he allegedly ran over another man’s leg with a pickup truck in Waianae early today.

At about 1:30 a.m., police said the suspect, described to be in his mid-20s and the victim, 37, were involved in an argument. The altercation escalated when the suspect allegedly entered his pickup truck and ran over the victim’s right leg.

Police said a witness took the victim to Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. Emergency Medical Services then transported him to a trauma hospital from the health center in serious condition.
