    Chef Conrad Aquino’s take on the loco moco features kalbi-seasoned bacon, a poached egg, bulgogi (Korean-style beef), kim chee-fried rice and garnishes. A variety of filled malasadas will be on the buffet line at Lychee, when it opens. They currently are available at the hotel’s breakfast buffet in the Marlin Room.

    Conrad Aquino, the new executive chef at the Pacific Beach Hotel has been developing new dishes as the hotel rebrands as ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki.
