>> The identities of blood donor Rose Marie Wilson and Blood Bank of Hawaii public relations director Maura Dolormente were transposed in a Page B1 photo caption Thursday.

>> Mayor Kirk Caldwell was told twice in writing by then-Honolulu Ethics Commission Executive Director Chuck Totto that his board position on Territorial Bancorp did not pose a conflict of interest. A Page B2 story Thursday reported that Caldwell received verbal assurances from Totto.

Clarification

>> Katherine Aikau was granted a second temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Gerald Aikau, in November. In April the protective order was extended for a year. A Page A1 story Thursday included the first TRO, which ended in November, but did not mention the second order.
