The Sailor Jerry Festival, held in honor of iconic tattoo artist Sailor Jerry, aka Norman Keith Collins, returned to Chinatown on June 17. Neighborhood tattoo shops and bars that hosted events included Nextdoor, Old Ironside Tattoo, Scarlet Honolulu, Black Cat Tattoo, Naughty Vegagn Studio, Proof Public House, Manifest, Downbeat Lounge, Dragon Upstairs and Madre Chocolate.
