2 men arrested after allegedly stabbing man at family gathering

Police arrested two men after one of them allegedly attacked a 38-year-old man with a knife at Ala Moana Beach Park.

Shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday, police said the victim was at a family gathering when the two suspects — ages 27 and 30 — approached and disrupted them.

The 38-year-old man confronted the suspects when one of them assaulted the victim with a knife.

Police said the victim sustained puncture wounds to one of his hands.

Police responded and arrested the two suspects on suspicion of second-degree assault.
