Police arrested a 44-year-old woman after a property manager allegedly discovered her squatting at a vacation rental in Kahala.

The property manager arrived at the Kaimoku Place home located in the affluent neighborhood at about 10:15 a.m. Wednesday and found the woman sleeping on a couch. Police said the suspect had been squatting at the vacation rental since June 7.

A Range Rover and Ford Bronco belonging to the 45-year-old property owner also was discovered missing from the enclosed garage. Police said the owner and his family live in Japan.
