A 24-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and abusing a household member.
The woman allegedly physically abused a 24-year-old woman, locked her in a storage unit and broke her phone to prevent her from calling 911, police said.
The suspect was charged today with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, instead of kidnapping, and abuse and interfering with reporting an emergency or crime.
