For the second consecutive game, the Rainbow Wahine soccer team prevailed with a dramatic overtime victory.

Raisa Strom-Okimoto scored from 25 yards straightaway in the 100th minute to give the Hawaii soccer team a 2-1 overtime victory over Fairfield tonight at Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium.

With its second extra-period instant-winner, UH (2-0) claimed the Ohana Outrigger Resorts Shootout title over the Stags (1-1).

UH came from behind for the second straight game after posting a 2-1 OT win over Utah Valley on Friday. Sonest Furtado equalized at 1-1 in the 77th minute on a header score from Mikaela Johnson-Griggs.

It was the eighth career goal for both Strom-Okimoto, a junior, and Furtado, a senior.
