Traffic accident closes lanes of Highway 19 on Big Isle
Police are investigating a traffic accident on Highway 19 in Kaawalii Gulch on the Big Island.
Sometime before 11:30 a.m. today, police shut down all but one lane between the 28- and 29-mile markers to investigate.
Traffic is being contraflowed as crews remove a vehicle from the gulch.
