Hawaiian Electric Company crews will be working on Middle Street from today through Friday.

The work will require the closure of the mauka-bound, right-hand lane of Middle Street along the Love’s Bakery building to the intersection of Middle and North King streets from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pedestrians may still walk along the work area.

HECO is improving the power distribution system and apologizes for the inconvenience. The work area will be marked by traffic signs and cones, while flagmen and police officers will help direct the flow of traffic.
