Gary Galiher’s name will live on for people seeking redress for asbestos-related injury.
Lawyers representing Galiher’s estate and former employees and associates of Galiher DeRobertis Waxman have reached a settlement in their dispute over the Galiher law corporation’s client files, trade secrets and intellectual property.
Under the deal the former employees and associates who formed DeRobertis & Waxman LLP after Galiher’s death will now operate as Galiher DeRobertis & Waxman LLP.
Galiher, 70, died in November in a helicopter crash on Molokai.
